Someone to make sure you didn’t miss any active promotions or discounts, alert you if your order is missing any required parts, and tell you exactly when the order will be shipped and exactly how much it’ll cost? Well you can do all that and more, just by requesting an estimate.
To access the Request Estimate feature, double check and make sure you’re logged into your SUPPLY.com PRO account. Once logged in, navigate to your cart by clicking the Cart icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. On the fly-in panel, select the option to view your cart.
How do I send my cart to my personal account manager?
Start on your Cart page. Find the five Cart Actions just below the Secure Checkout button. Click the Request Estimate action. Assign a job name, select an expected start date, enter a note if you’d like, and hit the Submit Request button.
Trying to send your Account Manager a cart on a mobile device?
Sign into your PRO account. On the homepage of SUPPLY.com, at the top of the page – in the upper right hand corner, just to the right of the SUPPLY.com logo – you’ll find the Cart icon, click that. A fly-out menu will appear on the right-hand side. Click the View Your Cart button. From there you can access your Cart Actions or checkout.
What will my account manager do with my cart?
Requesting an estimate from your Account Manager enables our Order Accuracy Guarantee, which provides a thorough inspection of your order to ensure you’re not missing any products, to check for any available promotions or discounts, and check lead times to ensure that products will all be available at the time of install.
How long after I submit my cart will I hear back?
Your Account Manager will double check everything in your cart and get back to you within 1 hour (weekdays, 8am – 5pm Eastern). On nights and weekends, we’ll reply ASAP.
