Using Your Shopping Cart

A feature-packed, robust tool that’ll get you back to business

You’re busy. You need to get through your SUPPLY.com orders as quickly as possible. Lucky for you, your SUPPLY.com Cart is packed with handy features and tools to make placing orders quick and easy. You can save carts, create product lists, request estimates from your Account Manager (taking advantage of our Order Accuracy Guarantee), or email carts to your customers or coworkers. In. Out. Back to business.

To access many of the features listed below, make sure you’re logged into your SUPPLY.com account.

View your Cart and find the Cart Actions menu.


GETTING STARTED

Once signed in, click the Cart icon to the right of the search bar, and when the fly out menu appears, you’ll have two options: Continue to Checkout or View Your Cart. If you have items currently stored in your cart, you’ll see them listed as well.

Where can I find the cart action buttons?

Once inside your shopping cart, you’ll see the green Secure Checkout button to the right of the page. Directly under that button are five Cart Actions: Request Estimate, Save Cart, Email Cart, Print, and Clear Cart.

If you’re viewing your cart on a mobile device, the Cart Actions will be in a dropdown menu, just under the Secure Checkout button. Click the + to view.

Trying to access your Cart on a mobile device?

Sign into your PRO account. On the homepage of SUPPLY.com, at the top of the page – in the upper right hand corner, just to the right of the SUPPLY.com logo – you’ll find the Cart icon, click that. A fly out menu will appear on the right-hand side. Click the View Your Cart button. From there you can access your Cart Actions or checkout.


CART ACTIONS

How do I save my shopping cart?

Start inside your cart. Find the five Cart Actions just below the Secure Checkout button. Click the Save Cart action.  On the fly in, simply name your cart (Hint: Name your cart for a specific job or project). Once saved, you’ll then be able to access it via the Saved Carts tool inside your Account Home.

Note: Carts saved using an existing cart name will overwrite the old cart.

How do I print my shopping cart?

Start on your Cart page. Find the five Cart Actions just below the Secure Checkout button. Click the Print Cart action. A printer friendly PDF will automatically be formatted!

Can I email my shopping cart to a friend or customer?

Start on your Cart page. Find the five Cart Actions just below the Secure Checkout button. Click the Email Cart action. Simply fill in the email address you’d like to send your cart to, include a friendly or descriptive message, and click send!

Can I clear or delete my cart?

Yes! Start on your Cart page. Find the five Cart Actions just below the Secure Checkout button. Click the Clear Cart action. To double check, you’ll be asked if you’re sure you want to delete. Click the green Delete button to confirm. Voilá, cart cleared.

Want to Delete a Saved Cart? While we’re a little sad you want to put it out to pasture, this is another quick and simple task. From inside your Account Home, click the Saved Carts text link. Once inside, find the cart you want to delete, then click the Delete Cart button found just under the name of your cart.

How do I request an estimate from my personal account manager?

Start on your Cart Page. Find the five Cart Actions just below the Secure Checkout button. Click the Request Estimate action. On the fly-in menu, enter a job name, expected start date and hit the Submit Request button. You can also enter a note for your Account Manager if you have any further questions or details for them.

*Sending your cart to your Account Manager enables our Order Accuracy Guarantee, which provides a thorough inspection of your order to ensure you’re not missing any products, to check for any available promotions or discounts and check lead time to check that products will all be available at the time of install.
